It is correct to use the word " passed" ?

No it should be past. Possibly two hundred years ago you could get away with passed. I mean, you Americans still say spelled, whereas in most civilized English speaking countries it's perfectly respectable to say spelt.

I believe it should be: "Danger! Your presence past this area is not allowed."

"Your presence PAST this area is not allowed" is more grammatically correct, but it is not very "natural."
I would say, "No one is allowed beyond this point."

Past is the correct word, not passed.
