Sometimes when my cat sits down, she moves so its like shes walking but her butt is still on the carpet.

If it happens quite often, then it is likely that your cat either has worms, or that her anal glands are blocked and irritated. A visit to the vet is in order in either instance.

That can't be good for the carpet or the bottom of your foot!

Do guests also walk on the same carpet that your cat drags her filty azz on?

If it's just once or twice, don't worry about it. If it's all the time, your cat may have worms or hemorrhoids, or something else for a doc to look into.

I've read that's what animals do when they have worms. Might wanna take her to a vet. I have three cats and they've never done that.

My dogs do this once in a while your cats needs to have their annal glands cleaned...
