If you don't know what language a word, phrase or sentence is in, it would be impossible for you to translate it. So the first thing to do is find out the language, then ask someone who knows both your language and the target language what it means.
As others have pointed out, I'm pretty sure this sentence is in Latin, but I can't tell you what it means. Sorry. I googled a lot of Latin quotation sites without any hits. I'd guess it's not famous.

Sounds like Latin to me. Maybe a lawyer would know? find a translation program on the internet like babel fish. That should do it for you.

Hi, I looked it up online and I am pretty sure it is Latin. I couldn't find a meaning for "Harpaeus", "te" means "you; thee; yourself; thyself", "christea" is "christ", no meaning for "sec" and "podum" means "drink; drink heavily; swallow; absorb; soak up". I think maybe it means to "Accept Christ?" In your search engine, look up "Latin Dictionary" and choose the best one. Maybe you can find the words that I couldn't. Hope I helped.

It sounds Latin.
You could try a priest, but bear in mind, it could be offensive.
Proceed with caution.
