i have two 10 inch 450 watt amps whats the best wire for them?

any thick pure copper wire will do. 99.999 purity.
make sure it is genuine pure copper .
don't buy those commercial cable reiview in
hifi maz. they are not worth the prize.

I would use a number 18 twisted pair. Speakers are low impedance devices, so interference and/or noise pick up is not a problem. You do not need the expensive Coax. Number 18 is the smallest for that type of wattage, You can use Number 16 if you want, but it would be a waste of money.
