I'm not sure what land you are talking about.
Most parts of the world can be developed into productive land of one sort or another. It takes unity and a sense of community. I also think it takes a respect for God and His blessings, something many people in the world don't really have.
As an example, Greenland supports a rather small population, but is able to sustain that population through aquiculture, trade and cooperation.
Desert countries, such as Saudi Arabia, are learning how to bring agriculture to the desert. Israel has been doing so for decades.
God's blessings are available to all people in the world, but it takes more than belief and more than prayer.
It takes cooperation and hard work. The land you describe sounds as if it needs education, discipline, hard work and love to rise above its current condition.
God has not cursed any land. Humans have failed in many lands.

God has nothing to do with this, he gets blamed for everything. God is about love, and is not a punishing God. However, he did give men and women free will choice, and it is through those choices good or evil that shapes events in our own lives and of the planet.

The greatest blessing is to remove theism and spirituality from the picture. Only when mankind has purged himself of this obscene lie can he finally move forward.

Your theorem is based on the assumption, "looks if GOD has cursed..."
Neither you nor I are experts on how God metes out his blessings or judgment. Leave it in his hands.

Reival and repentance. It takes a people to seek His face and turn from their wicked ways. Then, adn only then, will he heal their land.

Dude, I don't like your question (if there is any question in this messege). Instead of running in circles around your tail, I would like you to explain exactly what is your point, because I'm afraid I've failed to understand it.
Specificity and clarity are very positive and appreciated qualities.
