boy am I gonna regret this one....I find that I actually ''dump'' more easily when I try to find peace within myself and relax. As a mom I feel alot of tension, running around doing this and that, that at times I feel rushed when I am ''dumping'' LOL so I try to close my eyes and basically meditate to help release... sorry :( haha

Most definitely. One of my favourite meditation teachers likes to refer to meditation as just taking a 'mental dump'. So why not? Let everything go - physically, mentally and emotionally. Also, the toilet is the one place where we're allowed some time for reflection without interruption. For many people, the toilet is the only chance they have to escape from the demands of work. I recommend that each time you go to the toilet imagine yourself entering your own private 'meditation chamber'. Make the most of it!

Just taking a dump CAUSES reflection. The size, timing, and quality of the dump determines whether you achieve quiet meditation (aaaahhhh....), passive problem solving ("just how many trees are cut for this cheap paper I'm scraping my a** with?"), or a religious experience (god...that was huge).

Yes, we can meditate anywhere, at anytime, no matter the circumstances. God would rather hear from you there than not to hear from you at all.

My boss said sex is an overrated pleasure and a good dump is the most underrated pleasure.

I had a roommate who used to say "My verse pack is calling me" when he needed a biology break. Why not.

Sure. Just be careful you don't fall off the pot while you cross your legs.
