The metal has an adverse reaction with the hair dye as it changes, tarnishes, the chemistry of the dye and makes it toxic to your system. Use plastic bowls and clips or you could end up with green hair!

because themetals in the bowl will react with the metals in the dye, and the colour won't work properly. Do you really want green or orange tinted hair?

It will cause a chemical reactions. some chemicals and metals should not be mixed together. All was use plastic or rubber.
