My Grandma has a bird that she wants to give to me but she lives all the way in Mexico City and we are going there this Christmas and I want to bring it home To California. Can I?

rules regulations have changed you can bring a bird in it has to go through quarantine and lots of other red tape i under stand it is difficult but can be doe check with us customs for the what to do's. if i recall the bird stays quarantined for thirty days.
