Giving or receiving? Anyway, I find it very difficult to do because I have a pretty small mouth and it is very arduous and my jaw always hurts really bad, plus it is really hard to breathe during the whole process. Receiving is pretty amazing, as long as you feel that you are clean and don't smell weird or taste strange for your partner, otherwise it's hard to enjoy because you are worried about them not liking it and being grossed out.
