every Saturday I work at this farmer market and there is a girl who works there. I like her and I know she likes me back. She probably wonder why I don't ask her out, but she lives in another city and I can only see her once a week. Should I go for it?

How far away is the other city? Do you have a car?
Just ask for her number, or do you even know what common interests you share? If you do, pick a date and ask her to come with you.
If you get rejected...who cares. The more girls you ask out, and the more times you get rejected, the less it will matter.
then you'll have the, "I can do better" complex.... That's another story.
Wait a minute...you work with her? How much do you like your job. Never a good idea to mess with girls you work with. Either way I say: pick an activity to do after work. Ask her if she wants to come. That's it. bam.

She is within driving distance, so why not? I think you are making excuses to chicken out. I know the feeling. I am scared to death to ask out girls. Ask her if she has a boyfriend, or what are you doing after work, or something like that. You have to be careful hitting on coworkers if you are a guy.
