ok so I like this girl alot and we know each other from school and I talk to her online almost every day yet in real person we're so shy how do I start up a converation with her without being akward oh and her friends sort of intimidate me how would I go around not worrying about them?

oh and another thing how can I tell if she likes me? because her friends well 2 of them tell me to ask her out for some weird reason oh and also whenever I tell her something like my head hurts she gets sad and says she doesn't want my head hurting I guess thats it

well, the easiest answer is dont be intimidated :-P but that isnt very useful.
one thing you might want to try - get her to recommend something to you. her favorite book, movie, band, website - whatever. read/watch/listen to her recommendation and then use that as a starting point. "hey i checked out XYZ..." once you get started you'll be fine. if she chats with you online every day she already knows and likes you.

Being on-line chatting allows you to say/do whatever you feel like because its on a computer- and then when your in person - everything is different. Thats the bad side of on-line chatting.
You first need to work on getting a 1 on 1 date. Something fun and casual ( miniature golf, aracade or zoo) somewhere you can talk but also have a good time. Group dates are fun- but if you both are shy -its extra hard when friends are around watching you.
Ask her on-line if you want to make a date- will take some pressure off. And dont be afraid to tell her that you are nervous/ shy so any date ideas would be a help. This will help her know she isnt the only one nervous and she may think its cute that you are nervous around her.
Girls like corny- guys THINK being macho is the way to go- but when you are trying to get a girl- making her feel special goes along way.
