You need to get referred to a pain specialist.... there are many options and treatments out there. A support group may also help.
If you want to talk privately, feel free to email. I have been living with pain for several years and would be happy to try to help you.

Wow. Do you have braces? When your body starts hurting like that, try putting them back on and give your body a rest for awhile.
Also try a heating pad, or a cold pack, whichever feels better, and try to relax your muscles when the pain starts.

My it certainly sounds as if you need to see a doctor first! Is this due to arthritis or osteporsis, perhaps? If one dr hasn't helped go to another, don't give up, there are many things to do without taking a lot of medications, You will be in my prayers.

witness the pain. u don't have any other alternative than to watch your pain and feel it. thus, u can remove your pain. do not resist the pain and do not imagine painless situation as well. be with the pain and u will soon get cured. fell how troublesome the pain is. fell how the pain vibrates around the affected areas. move your conscious bit by bit to the source where the pain is originating.

Stretching excercises helped my back pain. "Core Strength" training will also help, which means you work out your ab's.
See if a chiropractor is you can.
