Is there any way besides the empty promises of thicking shampoos? heeellp ( by the way i am a 20 year old guy)

There is a product called Toppik. You can find it on ebay. They are tiny particles that you get the same color as your hair, and it sticks to your hair using static electricity. You won't be able to tell it's not your hair, and it will look thicker. I have really fine hair, too.

i would try volumizing your hair with mousse or gel and teasing it at the base to add more bounce so your hair looks more full. but this also depends on the length of your hair. if it's like, a mushroom head hair cut, this will work, but if you have shorter spikier hair, making it look thicker will be harder. just try playing around with mousse and gel. hope my advice helped.

I was gonna suggest you put a couple weft of weave/xtension but then I remember you're a guy, so sorry I can't help.. Perhaps you can try some of those hair plugs I see on TV.

Thicker? hm. Thats weird, I have fine hair, its SOO thick...but try a mousse or something. Good luck ;D
