i am 100% veg and i dont have any bad habits or diease only think is that i dont feel hungry . even attemts to eat more have resulted in vommitting.i dont have a child has my sperm counts are 13.1 million only .the volume i ejaculate is also small =.500ml is there anyone to guide me increase my weight and my sperm counts.mail me

ok.. eat sprouts everyday.. in the break fast, along with dates and honey..... also eat dry nuts, pista badam....
hope you understand sprouts...
moong dal whole... with skin...
soak them in water for /2 a day, make them in thin muslin cloth and sprinkle water and cover it with a lid to keep warmth..
you should get sprouts with in 24 hours and you should eat them after they get 1.5 to 2.5 inches long., eat them
they increases your harmone content.. eat fresh fruits..
donot add salts..
avoid coffeees... drink mixed vegetable juice..
avoid sugar, add honey....
dates are must to eat..


of alll sprouts are very much important.

To increase your sperm count:
1. Have sex & masturbate less often - the more times you ejaculate, the less dense your semen will be. Maintain a gap of 3 days between two consecutive ejaculations.

10. Make love in the early morning or afternoon. sperm levels are often highest in the mornings.


As for gaining weight: This isn't exactly the healthiest way to go about it, but sumo wrestlers starve themselves for the majority of the day, then, in the evening when their metabolism slows down considerably (Especially with the lack of eating), they eat everything they possibly can. Their bodies cannot metabolize all of the calories, so they're stored.

The only way to increase weight is to consume more calories than you burn in a day. Try a routine of heavy weight lifting and eating more frequent and larger meals throughout the day. Weight lifting will cause you to gain muscle mass, which weights more than fat.

ok.. dear, firstly start eating banana's minimum 4 a day... you could see changes... and also drink a 6 ltr water for all other problems
