Mumbai Duck, was originally known as Bombay duck.

It is a fish, not your normal fish however . It is a mud skipper, when they are caught they are killed and sun dried to preserve them. They are used in Asian cooking.

Duck is just that a bird with feathers not scales. Real duck tastes much better too.
