Well, there was probably some really nice guy who would have remembered every minute detail about you and catered to it. Yet, you didn't choose him. You chose the guy who's more adrift. It might not be that he doesn't care about yout, he might just be pre-occupied.
My suggestion, tell him how much it hurt you.

Thats tough, I guess there really isnt anything you can do but stress the things importance again....and if theyre a good person who truly cares, they'll make it up to you on account of not being able to rewind time :)

You should relax and calm down. Don't get all bent out of shape, mad, and start nagging.
Trust me, especially on the nagging, or you will end up single.
