I drink beer and watch funny movies/shows on tv.
Doing something constructive helps too, make something with your hands. Not a piece of art per say, just something.
Just don't use powertools or very sharp objects if you take the beer advice! It can get messy.

Volunteer for a homeless shelter, a shelter for battered women/children, or just a nursing home. Doing for others always makes us feel better about who we are. God bless. And pray!
