Eat whatever you want but only in moderation AND keep it under 1500-2000 calories a day...AND EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!

I lost 35 lbs. in a year doing this.

Don't try any diets that cut carbohydrates or fat or anything like that because your body still needs those things to function normally. Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of three big ones and eat in small portions. Most people try to do a 1500-2000 calorie diet, eat healthy, and also stay moderately active. If you want dessert try opting for the 100 calorie packs of cookies so when you get to the bottom of the bag you haven't eaten triple that many. This way you should lose at least a pound a weak. But remember, you have to stay active!!

Hey,

To lose weight essentially what your doing is burning more calories then you eat. In order to do this your going to have to get more active and change the way you eat aka some sort of diet.

I dont reccomend low carb or atkins just healthy low calorie meals. Id reccomend getting involved in some classes or sports or even the gym where ever your most comfortable to burn more calories.

A big part of having success with anything is commitment you have to stick with it even on those days you dont feel motivated to do anything.

Theres several books on the internet that can be helpful or even check out your local library or book store, I wish you good luck!.
