It would take a radical reconstruction of Church law and doctrine. Considering that it took the Church almost 400 years to admit that Galileo might have been right after all, I would not hold my breath for it to change in any substantial way during our lifetimes.

You can probably just make a big, pointy hat, if that's what you're after.

According to Catholic law a Female can't be Pope. So basically a miracle is all you can hope for. But i wouldn't hold my breath. You might turn blue, then pass out, hit your head and die from your brain swelling.

I would guess that you'd have to start your own religion and name yourself as the "pope" of your new religion. You can be assured that the earth will crumble into dust before a Catholics allow a woman to lead them.
