count total or you will f*ck yourself. don't eat the diet food. just eat things that come from th earth with low carbs. vegetables and proteins. the processed food will make it not work

total carbs include carbs that the body does not easily digest. Net carbs are the ones the body absorbs easily. Usually with atkins you count net carbs but some of the artificial sweeteners found in many diet products actually increase hunger rather than suppressing it.

Technically net carbs. In my experience you are better off counting total carbs.

Like Check The Serving Size And Total Carbs because like say if ur eating chips and u look and it says 56 carbs read the serving size cuz it mite be like 5 grams in 1 chip
