They come over here to make money and take it back with them to Mexico for a better life. At least that is what my Mexican friends tell me. They do have the spell check feature available. You should use it. I don't mean any disrespect but it would help you get your point across better. There is a movie out on DVD called "A Day Without a Mexican" Check this movie out. It is a a reality check and a comedy at the same time. It will help open your eyes.

C'mon folks I think everyone is forgetting a major thing! Can anyone remember what this country was founded on and by whom? People who were not wanted in their own country and wanted to make a better life. Or did we all skip that class in grade school? It's one thing to come over here and make trouble, etc., it's another thing to be an upright citizen and be proud of who you can become! Not all countries offer and have what we have in the US! It's much easier here and if you work you can have quite a bit. Everyone should travel and when you do pay close attention to what's going on and not just sipping your pina colada at an American resort. All those in "poverty" here don't even know what poverty really is like and what it is to live in a country riddle with war and downright problems! Get that silver spoon out of your mouth!

You mean fight for better pay? Afraid? Hardly!! Their government is so corrupt and not gonna change anytime soon. Mexicans are people just like you and me. You gonna beat up a cop if he hits your friend for no reason?? Afraid?? Mexicans want a good life just like you do. Corruption runs deep and the fight will continue to take many years and many lives.

in Mexico they have huts they live in and it's a very poor country. That is why they come to American or go to another country to live if you are rich in Mexico your well taken care of ..If your poor then you have to defend for yourself.I know that allot of Mexicans live in the USA.And i wounder the same thing.then if some one comes from Canada and speaks English they want let him in .Does not make sense ..It's the skin color and then the Americans say we are not raciest that's far from the truth.if they came form overseas they would get in faster. That is the way i see it.

Do you or anyone else remember the Taco Bell commercial theme used a few years ago? The one that said "run for the border, Taco Bell", I feel corporate America is highly responsible for illegals desiring to enter America illegally. Every dollar you spend eventually trickles right down into the pockets of these folks.
You might as well accept these people because they are coming whether you like it or not.

When the Americans came to the US from Britain, we were escaping religious persecution. Yes, we came where the Indians were. Did we do the right thing once we were here, no in my opinion. However, the country covered an large portion of vacant land that was untouched. The Americans came, but when Britain came over to fight us, we stood up against them and sent them back home. Americans at that time were not provided any assistance from the government. No health care, financial support, etc. Things are different now. I don't disagree that we should open our borders; however, I believe that individuals/families should not be allowed to come into our country unless they can pay for their support, health care, etc. A illegal woman should not be allowed to have a child and believe that their child is now an American just because they were born here. That is just wrong in my opinion. If the parents are illegals coming into our country then so shall the child. If they are illegal, then they cannot get services offered to citizens including healthcare. If Hispanics so much want what the American's have then they have to fight for their beliefs. That is what is going on in the Middle East too. No matter what I believe in concerning the Middle East, they are standing up for what they believe in. Mexicans should do the same. There are more citizens than the cartel. I understand they are afraid, but so were Americans when they came over here. They were faced with Indians who did not welcome us at all. They didn't keep us up either. They didn't provide food, shelter, health care. We did those things. That is the reason why so many settlers died those first few years because of the harsh weather. That would hardly occur now because we are bleeding hearts. I will help the next person that needs it, but not before I help my own family. Too many of my American citizens are struggling due to the financial crisis, lost jobs, etc. They are getting very little help, but Hispanics come and they get donations from the government as well as citizens. What is wrong with this picture.
