If you really like this girl, you will wait a year for her. Still, though the age of consent (at least where I live) is 16, her parents could still press charges, even when she's 18 (and you'll be 23) So either wait or seek out women closer to you in age.
You're not a pervert. Love is blind, but that doesn't mean you should break the law for it. ;)

I think you need to wait for her to turn 18. It really is cradle robbing. Just cause she's got 2 kids doesn't mean she's not a kid herself. She's made bad decisions, and you're the next one. BTW, do you really like her enough to play daddy to 2 other men's kids? Birth control isn't high on her list of priorities, and neither is a long term relationship with the fathers of her children. Do you want to be a daddy soon yourself? Especially knowing that family doesn't mean too much to her? She needs to grow up. Give her a few more years and see what kind of person she becomes.
