1 % has less fat in it than 2% and in turn, skim milk has less fat then 1%. As far as which is better for you, all percentages of milk deliver calcium and vitamin D to your body, the difference is really just in the amount of fat (or the richness) of the milk.

Skim milk is better for you. All types have same vitamin content
just different fat levels. 1% is better for you than 2%

1% has less fat and both have the same amount of calcium. And to ANgel - Hint: ALL MILK has vitamins, dear, regardless of the fat content.

depends on the person because i would perfer 1%,for the less fat, but everyone else here wants 2%, tastes better they say
