It depends on how closely you work with her - would things get uncomfortable if it didn't work out? Loads of people meet their partners at work cos you spend so much time there - start flirting a bit more with her to test the waters and if she responds then you can take it further. Its not worth messing your job up though.

Go for it. Just be willing to accept the consequences of pursuing a relationship with someone you work with. Think about what you would do if it ended up working out (or not!)... Would either of you be ok with things "after the fact"????

Brother are you serious.. You need to ask the world that question? Damn you must live a sheltered existence.. What you do is you look in her eyes and use the big hole in your face to communicate - rather than a keyboard perhaps.. Ask her to go sailing with you on the weekend...

i am attracted to a guy i work with as well, but sometimes these things are better when you don't work with them. imagine, u 2 dun work out, and still have to face each other.
think abt it. if it persists & u can handle it, try to get to know her on a personal level first yeah? =)

Well if she is not married and you are not married then I would say ask her out. The worse thing that can happen is she says no. You will never know unless you ask.

think to yourself, would losing my job be worth the chance to date her. If you like her that much, then ask her out. If your job isn't worth a date whose outcome you don't know, then forget about it, and move on.
