Unfortunately Yahoo doesn't address every report of abuse, heck I found that they never address any reports of abuse.
Some people have outrageous desires and fetishes that not all people approve of or even want to think about. Sex and porn in my book isn't far over the edge but when it comes to incest it may just be his forte.
You can try to report him as yahoo abuse but sadly I have to be honest and say I never had any luck with that.

Who really cares, I have seen these types come & go. They get booted by someone, then they are back with the same thing.

He's just having fun..although I may not like or agree with his humor , he's just goofing off...just ease up a bit.
