This is a fine opportunity to sit back, close your eyes, and truly consider what religion means to you. What is your faith? You say you are a Christian; what does that mean to you. When you think of God, what does He mean to you? When you say you are a Christian, what does that mean? The cross, the empty grave, heaven, hell, love, peace.... What do you think of when you consider religion. This is a question that you should be able to answer with a little consideration into your beliefs.

Some people think that god is all seeing - a logo around an eye might qualify.
Some people believe in a universal energy - planets or a sun might represent that.
Some believe that each of us are divine - a silohouette of a human head with a star burst at the forehead or crown migh represent that.
Allstate's "good hands" logo might be good or a cross, pentagram or star might be better for you. I think that the point of the exercise is to drill down your own personal beliefs into a simple image that you can share and use as you need.
Peace!

Catholics believe in a Cross, it's that simple.
I personally follow God who says don't worship Idols made of metal, but if you are Catholic and this is a Catholic assignment, draw a cross. Get a grade.

What religion are you?
If you're Christian, go with a Cross. Not exactly original, but it represents Christianity.

Start by listing everything that comes to mind when you think of your religious thoughts/beliefs. If you don't consider yourself religious, then the things you list will reflect that. Look over your list and try to group the ideas under major headings or categories. Then think of images or symbols that might go with these categories and look for one that "clicks" with you. When you pick your "logo" just make sure that you can explain its significance to your life.

What does religion mean to you? Peace? Love? Forgiveness? Community? Common symbols are the dove, people holding hands, a heart. Just think of something simple that you believe in.

i'm hoping that this could be a private college not a public college. notwithstanding if this is a public college the instructor may be incorrect to ask this. clarify what you anticipate and what's anticipated from you of your mum and dad, instructors and acquaintances. Then ask, which God? Zeus, Thor, Yahweh, etc...(there are over 2000 Gods people have worshiped) each and each of those Gods anticipate countless issues, yet frequently used they anticipate you to worship them and kill non believers and in no way question something to do with them.

I would draw a large circle, then draw items that define you, making their size in relation to the importance they are in your life..for example, maybe your friends are most important...draw a few people images large, then maybe a car, then maybe a cross to represent your religion..get it?!
Good luck & God Bless!

Back in the day, when the christians were being slaughtered, they drew a fish in the ground to recognize each other. If fact, even today you can see that fish on the backs of a bunch of cars.
