Well, you can lie down on your back on your bed or the floor and lift one leg over the other and cross it over and kinda twist your body with it and then do the other leg. That should work. You can also sit in a chair and turn towards the back of the chair, grab it with your hands and kinda pull to twist your back. My back cracks all the time. It cracks from my tail bone to my neck. Ever felt your hips or tail bone area pop? It feels crazy but really good. It has something to do with your body changing after childbirth cause a girl I know has that happen now too.

I don't know how to crack the middle portion, but I usually crack the sides by doing a torso twist, in which I circle/turn my waist while holding on to something, like a chair. I circle left and right. That usually cracks the sides of my back. I think u crack the middle and lower portions by having someone stand on your back, I've seen it but never experienced it.

I do it one of three ways:
Place a towel on the top of a door, hold on and hang there by your arms until your spine is completely relaxed.
Lie on your bed and put a tennis ball under your spine. Roll around where it feels good.
Lie on the floor on your back. Put your arms out to your sides at a 90 degree angle to your body, palms down. Raise your right knee so that it is bent at a 90 degree angle to the floor. Using your muscles, hold your left leg in place and keep both shoulders pressed to the floor. Let your right knee fall over the top of your left knee. If you are sure to keep both shoulders in place, this will twist your spine from top to bottom. Repeat on the other side.

I don't think you can, you can schedule an appointment with a massage therapist though. And they can give you a full body massage complete with a back crack.

If you sit in a stable chair you should be able to. Just turn your body one way and grab the back of the chair to pull yourself further, and vice-versa. Or if you reach way up with one side of your body when you stand, it could do the trick for your lower back. The chair works for you upper.

lay down on your back...stretch out your right arm above your head...take your right leg...bend it 90 degrees and cross it over your left which is still straight on the ground. push down on your right knee with your left hand keeping your shoulders on the ground and trying to push your right knee as close to the ground as possible. it really works well...repeat on the other side. it'll crack your lower back :) good luck

Lay on a bed and arch your back, or hold onto something and arch your back. Don't go too far, you might hurt yourself.
