If used daily will fade color. Use only once or twice a week.
Also use a good conditioner made for color treated hair.

Do you want to lessen the color on your hair or not? Not a real specific question here...If you don't want to lose color I would limit clarifying shampoo use to 1 or 2X's per week or try a vinegar rinse once a week using apple cider vinegar for all shades except for blond and white, for those I would use white vinegar. Leave on 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly so you don't smell like a salad.

NO it doesn't. All the clarifying shampoo will do is remove build up. So if you colored over that build up then that part will fade slightly but not much. Your reds might not be as vibrant but thats it.
