To be honest, according to Consumer Reports magazine, blind taste tests couldn't decipher the difference. People who were dedicated Bud drinkers couldn't spot the difference.

But,, because of psychological programming, guys (and others) think that because it's "ButtWiper) that it's better than Old Milwaukee (SP) Just like everyone thinks because a smoke says Marlboro it's the only thing they can smoke.

Here's a scenerio,, my ex BF had a thing for name brand peanutbutter,, well,, I bought a name brand, and when he asked me for a sandwich, I used the offbrand that was left over,, first thing he said was "now THIS is real peanutbutter" and ate the whole sandwich. My daughter and I kinda laughed behind his back. When we told him it wasn't the namebrand, he kinda flipped out and trashed the house (Thats why he's an ex) Not a BS story either,, I have proof,, our roommate hada to come out to tell him to STFU or he was going to jail lol

Getting back to it,, offbrands are at times just as good as the real ones.

You shouldn't even mention Old Milwaukee and 'bad' in the same sentence. It is beer the way beer was meant to be. Plus, you get the ugly 70s can. Just can't beat it.

Bite my Budweiser a**...Old Milwaukee is a decent enough beer as is the light. It's still better than Old Style

Its great when Fishing!!!!! And I like Budweiser, Sam Adams, Guinness.... most everything except for a few Malt Liquors.
