Yes and the best with all kind of drums, piano tunes and many more musical instruments attached. The software is Sound Forge 8.0

It has lots of feature to compose a music, record, rewind, forward etc.. You do not need any band or anything else if you have a Sound Forge 8.0 installed on your PC.

You may require more memory as its a heavy software which takes lots of internal memory. And if you have a sound card, then its really good. (if you dont have, its fine. Software will still work but if you have it, then really good).
