Okay it's up to you to be in charge of your diet...so put down the pizza and fast food....if you are working or going to school prepare something healthy at night and refrigerate it the night before so you won't be rushing in the morning ...just grab it and go. You can go to a deli for some meats and cheeses and make your own healthy sandwich like turkey and swiss cheese on some dark whole grain bread with some dark green lettuce ..and anything else you like on it....get some carrot sticks in a small bag. Select a piece of fruit for each day.....This way you get a balanced lunch...meat, dairy, bread, fruit....and those little boxes of raisins are great treats too....you can also make some green tea it has many healthy benefits to drinking it. You can sweeten it or add some fruit juice to it for an added flavor. I could go on and on but you get the picture.....think of colors, texture, tastes..not all sweet something salty, crunchy, make it interesting and healthy and hopefully you won't get another stomach ache. Best wishes .....

Make time on the weekend to go to the grocery. Buy a fancy sandwich bread you might like, maybe dill bread. Get some deli sliced meats, different cheeses and tomato and lettuce if you like, add a mayo or mustard grab a bag of baked chips and eat up, you will fill better too. If you like to cook, cook more than enough for that meal, some leftovers taste better the next day.

If this is a daily occurence (upset stomach, heartburn, etc) you may want to get checked out for a peptic ulcer. Chicken salad is a delicious lunch!! If you have a higher end supermarket with a hot and cold food bar, try checking that out. You should be able to find greens for salad as well as other premade salads, fruits and vegetables. If you can bring something from home that will also eliminate a portion of your weekly food cost and save you some $$ too. As far as replacing the soda, I like Arizona brand Sweet Southern Tea.... $0.99 for a 24oz can its cheap and delicious. Good luck

None. you could not eat at any quickly foodstuff eating position. Make your self some actual foodstuff. Quinoa and Cous Cous take about quarter-hour to make. a similar era of time as you'll sit in that force through line. also, Oatmeal is quick. not metallic decrease, it really is sweet for you, yet familiar oatmeal is quick.
