I think there's a cure out there for everything. Just not every cure has been discovered yet...

i think there is a possibility of a cure for any illness, but not enough knowledge, money, time, or resources to be doing the extensive research it would take to investigate every possible illness... I do believe that one day there will be a 'cure' or at least a treatment that will make many life threatening diseases such ar HIV, and Cancer and other predominant illnesses such as these controlled and no longer a life or death situation. Either a treatment or a preventative vaccine...it's been done for so many already, science is expanding and we know so much more about the way the body works and responds to medications etc. im sure many diseases will find a cure somewhere down the road. I just hope its sooner than later

Well some believe that there are cures for most diseases and that theres some sort of cover-up by the government and drug companies.I don't believe that. However i do believe that not enough time or money is spent there were its needed.Don't know if you believe in god but hes the cure to all sicknesses and diseases, aside from that i believe a healthy diet and lifestyle plays a part in healing and preventing illness. No there is no cure for everything. If there was then there would be no reason for death instead there would just be very unnatural causes. There for there would be the disease of unnaturality. So no i dont think there is a cure for every thing because love, heart break, death, and hate are a type of sickness and you cant cure them.

no , not now maybe some day when they can replace faulty body parts via stem cells. Certain diseases would need to be caught in their earlier stages, before they became unmanageable- so need better screening equipment/ techniques- more frequent doctor visits- overall we would have to become very anal.

Give it a couple decades, but the moral dilemma of growing human organs in a "organ farm" via stem cells will be a tough hurdle for people to get over visually, imagine an entire warehouse of hearts being artificially manufactured in laboratory fashion, then packed and put onto an assembly line and onto a refrigerated ups trucks.I'm cool with it, but some godly people think only god has the right to do that , just like only the earth can possibly be the center of the universe, BTW the Vatican finally just formally apologized to Galileo for locking him up and torturing him, oops.

NO of course there isnt but, as soon as they find more cures they come out with a newer disease to kill people. So its a constant battle epically when alot of the newer diseases are more resistant to the antibiotics that have been abused for decades.

maybe life is unpredicatble! If people believe and try hard enough maybe things that are as of now not curable can be cured. I hope that day comes along! Sickness and death are not pleasant to view. People suffering it unfortunatley is a fact of life. Ask yourself a question do you think these sicknesses could be cured? Those who experience pain and suffering learn do deal and cope.

Is any one suffering in your family? My condolences if so I hope your pain is not draged out!

i think that there is a very good possibility. i would certainly hope so. wouldnt that be great if you were the doctor that cured cancer? every type of cancer. as for aids and hiv, there are cures for that, cures before your even exposed, its called condoms. i mean jeez, you can get condoms for free, theres no reason why you shouldnt wear one, unless you are absoloutly sure that the person your having sex with is not infected.
