How to burn dvd+r with rmvb files??

i bought this dvd+R disc... but i dont know how to burn it with RMVB files... can anyone tell me how to burn it??

First You need Programe to Convert The RMVB File or Movies
Into DvD fIles

open windows explorer, drag the RMVB file to the dvd rom drive. Click burn and you're done.
