How about a single red rose and a basket full of nice things to eat. Maybe a bottle of wine or something to drink. And take her for a nice ride in the car and gaze into the sunset and enjoy each other just as you have been doing for four years. You are already celebrating! You have been with this girl now for 4 years. Good for you. Your enthusiasm will be the gift.

Leave her little notes around the house and in her car. Tell her you love her and ask her to meet you somewhere. When she gets there have candles nice music and a good bottle of wine, if you too drink. It could be at the lake or a nice restaurant. When you get home give her a full body massage, there are books that you can buy to teach yourself. Or you could ask her what her fantasy date would be like and try to create it as much as possible.

I would suggest going on a picnic to a lake, or perhaps the mountains, should any place like that be available in your area.

Other suggestions would be places of interest; what is she interested in? Find out, then plan accordingly.

As for yourself, I would suggest going back to school and take English lessons. This would improve your spelling ability and better to communicate your thoughts in writing.

Oh that is so cute that you want to do something. My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 yrs too and I always wished that he would cook me a romantic dinner with the table all set candles and everything, and then great sex after sounds like a perfect night!

That depends where you live. If your place is near a beach, a walk on the shore after dinner may be a good idea. If it is somewhat cold you may want to be near a fireplace. So, think of just anything possible and romantic.

Go out in the back 40, set up a little table w/ 2 chairs, candlestix, a small boom-box, serve spaghetti, salad, and breadstix, and play opera...the perfect romantic, moon-lit date. Heck, if you can get someone to play the violin while ya'll are eating, that's the best!

Oh yeah, check the weather first. ^^

Write her a nice poem that explains how fortunate you have been for last 4 years having her in your life. Use spellcheck though as all these mistakes whether on purpose or by mistake are quite distracting.

Write a list of 1461 things you like about her, one for each day you've been together. Go on a walk. Oh and, way to go for remembering. Recreate the way you met.
