Yeah, I may be ignorant to the philosophies of 'our' own religion, because I don't know what you and whoever else you are talking about believes. I see that you are ignorant to spelling/your own language ;)

As far as my own religion... I don't know everything about the Christian religion. There are the important things that I know for sure about, and there are the things that I am not sure are even part of my religion...

You say why?
Not leave the world like it is?
Let people die and people live?
Why not just keep each to his own?
You say why?
Why have such a narrow mind?
Be so obsessed with the divine?
Be so concern about our souls?
Why worry at all?

Well you might say
It’s a “new age”
But i don’t think so
Just the same old lies
The truth
Cannot be denied
Even if you try

When you say we’re all off the wall
When you say you can’t hear him call
When you say you don’t care at all
Well i don’t believe you

When you say there are many roads
When you say that anything goes
When you say there’s no way to know
Well i don’t believe you
When you say you’re fine on your own
Well i don’t believe you…why?

I say why?
Why you’re so sensitive?
When i talk about who jesus is ?
If you think the bible’s just a fable
I say why?
Why not take a longer look?
& see the beating he took just
Try and save your own self if you’re able
Ask your lucky star

You may say
Everything’s ok
My karma’s good
My fortune teller’s right
The peace you have visualized
Is passing you right by

Yes do you do you do
You need the love of jesus christ
He’s the only one who can send you
Home with a better prize
When he hung, there on the cross
A rebel with a cause
Against all the forces of evil
If only you’d believe him now
I say why?

Love came down to suffer on the mount
But all of this won’t matter
If you just don’t care…
Don’t shut the door
(well if you just don’t care)

Chorus

When you say you’re fine on your own
When you say we’ll come back around
Well i don’t believe you…why?
Why?

I grew up Catholic, but I realize that most religions oppress people. When I was old enough, I chose to not go to church. The people in church are only interested in what every one else is wearing and doing. I love GOD and treat others the way that I would want some one to treat me. Living a good life and helping others is better than going to a weekly show.

I was born and raised in my religion but if someone asked me what I believe, I really wouldn't know what to say besides...Jesus, God, being a good person, no smoking, drinking, cursing, sex, etc......

Now I just believe that religion is man's way of controlling people, not necessarily all the time but I believe spritiuality is personal, why do you have to go thru anyone else to talk to God??
Religion is not all bad, b/c it brings people together and people help eachother out but I'd rather not put faith into people, they will always let you down.

It is sad to see that you are trying to ask a serious question, yet you won't even take the time to spell out your words or to tell us what religion it is that we may be ignorant to. How can anyone seriously answer you when we have no way of knowing what you are talking about?

I think I know pretty much a lot about my religion, but there is way more that I don't know. I'd be very stupid on deny it because my religion has been around for centuries, and I've been alive less than 25 years old: I am learning yet.

Learning more everyday ( and not from these non-christian, who think they know about Christianity)...p.s. i'm not trying to teach religion so that depth of understanding is really not that necessary. He who began a good work in you will perfect it, even until the day of Christ Jesus..peace soulsista

Few Christians I have met have actually read the bible for themselves. They go to church and let someone else tell them what is in it. You really should read it yourself. Especially some of the old school rump kickin in the Old Testament. Good stuff.
