i've heard you can grow bugs that way? is it true

Never heard that and I have been doing hair for 26 years. Your hair is at its weakest state when wet. I haven't heard of your hair growing anything other than length. We have microscopic bugs all over our bodies if that is what you are talking about. Look it up on line and see for yourself. But we don't grow them cause we put our hair up wet.

No, absolutely NOT true!
However you can damage your hair this way. When hair is wet it stretches and as it dries it shrinks. If you have it pulled tight you can cause breakage, so if you do put it up or back make sure it's not too tight.

No! But putting your hair up all the time when it is wet can cause breakage. It stretches your hair and causes some to fall out.

Of course not! I tie my hair up all the time when its wet and even sleep on it. That is a silly rumor, stop and think about it and you'll see.

No that's not true...but your hair can grow mold and mildew! Not to mention...when you tie it up wet it stretches the hair making it weak and can cause breakage! (do you have any little fly aways when your hair is dry? If so, that's breakage.)

I don't think so....I tie my hair back while wet all the time and never had a problem ..... except for that incessent itching.......

but it will spoil ur hair.ur hair will break.ur hair is weak when it is wet so try not to do anything at all to ur hair when it is wet.
