He says that it's over with her and he would leave but has no where to go yet? I know it sounds simple but love is never simple.

It's not that simple, is he just saying it's over, or is it really over? If there is really love, between you and him, he would find a way, and a place to live somehow. I am not saving he doesn't care or anything, but so many lead people on, saying they are going to leave or want to but can't. That is a decision he has to make. Unfotunately for you, you have fallen in love, and either way it will all take time. If there is a will there is a way, for him to find a place. Some buddies, parents...etc. Just becareful, you sound like you have a great heart, and it has fallen, unfortunately to a married man. When they go through divorces....etc.... are you sure he will just be with you, would you want to end up in the middle of it. Just make sure, he is sincere this story is an old song and dance, but.... the choice in something like this is hard. Until he is released from his marital promises, or leaves. Take your time. Let him know, you don't want to get hurt from this. But give him the time to make the decision. Simply to say, if he doesn't know you know he has a wife, and it is true love, you need to talk. Don't be another knotch in his belt. Perhaps, you may have to live with the fact that at least you felt what love is, and have to let go. It's time for a heart to heart.... and prepare yourself. ;)

Leave the guy. I think if his marriage is really over, he should be divorcing with his wife at this moment and not telling you he has no where to go yet. I think he is just dragging iot for a moment to see if he can have the best of both world. if you start to force him to divorce with his wife, you were be deem as the third party that wreck this marriage. Tell him your decision and be firm with it coz some guys will try to be pity so that you can accept him again. So you have to be firm

Even if he does leave his wife (which is unlikely sorry honey) you have to ask yourself this: If he was willing to cheat on his wife with you what will stop him from cheating on you? Once a cheater always a cheater. Tell him it is over and do the wife a favor and apologize to her. She has a right to know that he has been cheating on her.

Move on until he leaves her. No contact, nothing. Then you will know for sure how he feels. He will either stay with her with out of the picture, or he will totally leave her, move out and all, and come find you. Otherwise, just cut your losses and know that he was a jerk.
