My rules are: No smokers, no tattoos, no religious freaks, no chronic cell phone users (cell phone must stay at home while we are on a date), and no sunglasses indoors.
This seems restrictive as I read it but most everyone has rules about who they will or will not date. What are yours?

I always said - no smoker, no drinking. I married my husband & he did both. We've lived through 34 years and are planning on making it to 50. When I found the man I loved - the rules went out the door. He had a wonderful personality, a good heart, hard worker, and we had a lot in common.

I've been married for 14 years. Only rules - I didn't want a guy who watched sports on TV every waking moment. Also had to be able to take care of himself..... laundry, cooking, etc. I was looking for a man, not a child; it worked for me!

my rules were no guns and no credit cards but in the last two years my husband of 20 years has broken both those rules. i was mad at first but oh well.

lol.. my rules FOR SURE:
no smokers, not heavily pierced or tattoed, not over using the cell phone... not into illegal drugs, not working out obsessed, not shorter then me (5'3" not hard eh?) and not sarcastic..
