Yeah, but they turn to mush. Good for nanna bread or bread spread with PB though.

You can, but when they thaw they will be mushy & dark, BUT that's a great way to collect enough to make banana nut bread. The over ripe ones always maike a tastier loaf.
Here's my favoite recipe. It's very moist & is best the day after you make it.
BANANA NUT BREAD
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 extra large eggs
4 med. bananas, soft/ripe (not rotten)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, shelled NOT crushed
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease pans or use pan liners for loaf pan (7 1/2” long X 3 1/2” wide X 2 1/2” deep). Mash bananas. Add sugar, oil, eggs & vanilla. Mix well with mixer (medium speed). Stir together flour, baking soda & salt, & add to mixture & blend thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into greased or lined loaf pans. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bread tests done. Yields 3 loaves (7 1/2” long X 3 1/2” wide). Even better the 2nd day than the 1st.

Here is how you freeze bananas:
Peel and mash thoroughly. Add 1/2 teaspoon (1500 mg.) ascorbic acid or lemon juice per cup of mashed banana. Package, seal, and freeze.

You can freeze bananas but you won't want to eat them. They turn black and mushy. But you can make banana bread with frozen bananas. If you want to eat them though, you need to do that before they start to turn black.
