Because I wanted to go to my cousin's house, but my other cousin there had chicken pox, and my parents didnt let me go, even though I've already had chicken pox as a kid.

It is possible to get chicken pox again but only if you had a very mild case and did not have a good immune response from the infection. It is also possible to get a second infection or chronic infection if you are immunocompromised due to chemotherapy or HIV+. Maybe your parents don't remember for sure that you had it so they are being extra careful.

Ya, conversing from adventure... i've got had poultry pox two times, besides the undeniable fact that the 2d time substitute into lots greater intense than the 1st time. additionally, i think that Shingles is a variety of poultry pox, and you will get that in case you have had poultry pox or not.

I had the chicken pox twice as a child....the first time it was mild the second time was more intense...haven't had them since.

In some cases, if you didn't have a very bad case of it the first time around then, yes, you could get it again.

yes it is...............as we get older or have had it before it is called Shingles. Shingles are very painful.
