"Relieve" yourself before you plan on meeting with the girl, and while your doing it and you feel your about to go think of something non-sex related. There is no average time everyone is different. Most of the time, your first time, or anyones doesn't last long no matter what. It takes time. I would suggest you just stay calm and don't worry about it. You want to enjoy it. If you worry, chances are you will make things worse.

A lot of guys don't last long the first time, myself included. It gets better, but if it doesn't you can talk to your Dr, and even though it may be a little embarrassing he can offer suggestions.

ehh there is no telling. Chances are you won't last long. I heard from an ex that masterb-ing before hand makes it last longer but it didnt help for him.
