Up here in Michigan some people wear them year-round. It just depends on what's comfortable for you and how much snow is on the ground. 67 degrees is swimming weather, really. If you're concerned about the cold, I'd remove the sandals when the temperature dips below 30 degrees F.

Sweetie,67 is not that cold unless it was raining. So i would have let mine wear sandals too.In fact until it is about low 60 or its raining.I let my kids wear sandals or go bare footed in the spring and summer time.now if its winter and its 65 i still say shoes. But I don't think there was anything wrong with ti at all.And depending on your climate your children may be more adapt to 65 or so as hot compare to same that are use to a real hot climate where that would be consider cool.I have lived in Maine and in the south and the south. So my kids are use to about anything.Don't worry.I am sure u area great mom

Feet usually don't get as cold as say hands! I'm a teenager and I wouldn't wear sandals to school...I blame PE. But if it's like to a baseball game or whatever, that's fine! Parents are different! I mean, what if you went there and it was hot! then your kids would be the only ones are hot! lol...so 67 is fine. But if it's like foggy, you can see ou breath, and stuff like that , then I would recommend them wearing sandals, lol

As long as it isn't too cold sandals are fine. 67 (sounds nice, it's over a 100 here), should be fine for sandals. When it get down too much lower you might want to switch them to warmer shoes.... Or come to TX you can wear flip-flops 365 days a year almost... lol

As long as it's not snowing, and your kids are comfortable in sandals, you're fine leaving in them in sandals. They'll let you know when they're too cold. Then put them in any kind of closed toe leather shoes (sneakers, whatever) with socks.

Common sense, weather below 72 degrees wear shoes and socks or toes will get cold and child will get sick.
Unless you don't mind your child being ill and you having to stay up all night with your sick child better dress for the weather because the weather could even turn colder that day.
Better to be safe than sorry.

when it is too cold to wear sandals is when they start complaining, or you see their toes getting cold. i have friends in OR that wear sandals year round through sun, rain, and snow. but in ND where it gets below zero, my friends stop wearing their sandals around the end of september when the temp drops a lot.

If it's sunny and dry out then 67 degrees is ok for them to wear sandles. If it's cloudy and rainy then they have to wear long pants and sneakers and socks.
