Depends on which ones you have. I change mine once a month, my sister in law has the ones you throw away at the end of every day. Ask your local optometrist.

it depends n what kind they are. some you have to change every 2 weeks and some just 1 time a month. just to be sure, i would ask your eye doctor. dont keep the same ones for more than a month, you could do great damage to your eyes.

It depends. You can buy lenses that you change every day, every week, every two weeks, or every month. Hope this helps.

change it as many times as the box says because if you dont, you can get an eye infection. and even if you dont, in the long run, it can really hurt your eyes. trust me, im talking from experiance. my dad had a really bad problem, couldnt even go to work. the doc gave him a leave of absance.

if it's disposables change them every 3 to 4 weeks. if regular, take them out and clean them everyday and do not sleep in them.

gosh, I haven't changed mine in two months. I'm starting to think it doesn't matter, but maybe I'm doing irreparable damage to my eyes.
