ok lets say u have a friend and u been knowing her for 3 years going on 4 years but u and her are friend but not like bestfriends and she goes out with the boy u like but she doesnt no u like him and lets say they break up is it ok to go out with him or is that just mean. and should i also tell that boy that i like which she is going out with she is all like if we break up im just going to go out with some other boy i wouldnt really care about it!

Nope....once a friend has dated a guy....he's off limits. Unless you want to ruin your friendship.
