How do you get cable in multiple rooms without having a cable in each room?

You cannot get cable signal into other rooms without running cable. You can get a TV signal to other rooms wirelessly, but you will have to have the same program on all TVs, since the transmitter uses the video output of a receiver. See http://www.smarthome.com/7654sc.html

Run the wires. But you gotta have connectors so dont forget them either.
