My neighbor's tv/radio drives me crazy at night. its not as if she is blasting it but it is certainly loud enough for me to hear the vibrations and some thuds. I dont want to confront her just yet b/c she just moved in a week or two ago.

I want to invest in a nice little noise maker. What do you guys know about them. WHere can I get one and how much do they cost.........

What are other ways to just deal with it.......I need complete silence when I sleep unless it's my own noise. It's making me crazy. what the hell can i do

Hi there.... This is what I use in my psychotherapy office to ensure privacy for my patients. They cost about $50 each. It will help drown out the sound by creating "white noise" (a gentle humming sound). It will not block out all of the sound, but it will help some.

Hope you get some sleep! :)
