Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.

It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.

It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

It depends on where you are but B and G ship everywhere I believe. It is much less expansive now with digital equipment. You are buying cameras, printers and mostly computer equipment so learn how to use Photoshop if you don't already know it.

Depends on what kind of work you plan to do. I (over the years) have worked for a convention photo service, several commercial studios, (doing everything from infra-red to x-ray work) and two that did typical consumer work. ( portraits, pass ports, weddings, etc.) I currently free lance out of my home and "trunk of my car". Allot will depend on good old $$$$$.
