Tithes should be first, but they are not first. The government takes your taxes before you get your check. And uses that money to fund the murders of millions of innocent babies. Explain how paying tithes brings blessings, when God is not first, and the tithe offering is fake. Your dollars are used to shed innocent blood, and somehow the fake offering is converted into a real blessing. I ask how? Better yet show me someone who as been blessed as the Bible states.

It always amazes that Christians seem to enjoy eviscerating other Christians.

I wonder what ever happened to...

*****
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Probably not important.

you're truthfully lacking the point. Disfellowshipping is a type of self-discipline to help someone repent from some transgression. It prevents you from utilising the priesthood or partaking of the sacrament or talking in church till after the repentance is complete and also you've been restored to finish fellowship. It has not something to do along with your obedience of the regulation of tithing. Tithing is to prepare sacrifice and willingness to obey each recognize God. God substances advantages to those who obey this regulation. those regulations and advantages are immutable. If we obey, he will bless. "I the Lord am certain even as ye do what I say, yet when ye do not what I say, ye haven't any promise." you'll stay blessed on your obedience even with your self-discipline action. keep on with the tips of the Bishop and enable the Spirit artwork on your soul to grant you convenience and peace to understand that you're doing what's sweet.

God promises to pour out a blessing when we honor Him with our tithes and offerings. He writes that we can test God on this. It is written in Malachi. Also in the NT God promises that when we give it will be given back to us.

Tithe & offerings are to have bread (Word of God) in the House of the LORD. It is for the ministries to bring in the harvest of people born into the Kingdom of God.

I have heard many testimonies of people being blessed for being obedient to their God in tythes and offerings. God's promises are yes and amen.

I'm not going to name names, but I have heard many testimonies of how God did financial miracles in peoples lives.

Tithers of the bible who were blessed with abundance are Abraham, Jacob / Israel, Job, Widow who gave 2cents.
