You have what is called "tinnitis", a condition where you hear sounds varying from loud pounding to buzzing to ringing in the ears. Doctors aren't sure what causes it, but there are meds you can take that will alleviate the noise. Some doctors recommend "white sound", or a sound that drowns out the one in your ears, such as music or a sound that mimics ocean waves or rain falling. This is a fairly common, albeit annoying condition, but it is nothing serious. I believe there are also natural remedies that counteract the annoying sounds. Ask your doc.

Ear infection, but it might be something even more serious, especially if you were at a loud concert or something recently. That's something you need to check with the doctor.

for this kind of health problem, you must see a ENT doctor and physical inspection is a must. don't take it easy and risk your hearing.
