yes. when what I want isn't what i get. fortunately, i've grown in my faith and realized that God knows better He knows what i NEED and that is often not what i want. the 80's and early 90's were a riotous time. i'm thankful i allowed myself to realize Christ before it was too late. while i knew Him through my childhood upbringing, it was more like the proverbial uncle you had to go visit from time to time. until you sit and talk and listen and begin to understand - you then want to visit and be with him all the time.
God bless you in your journey. realize this - when you think you are at your lowest or your journey isn't going the way YOU want -- God has a plan for you. He is standing outside your door but can not come in unless He's invited.

Go ahead open the door, let Him in - your life will never be the same!!!

GOD BLESS & KEEP YOU!!!!

I wouldn't say I have blamed God for something. I do remember, many years ago in California, there was a sweet little girl, only four or five years old, who was kidnapped, raped and murdered. When I saw her picture on TV, something just snapped in me. I don't know, she was so beautiful, her smile so sweet, and you know, we hear about these things all the time. But there was something about this child that, I just went crazy. I was screaming at God, "why, why, why didn't you save her!"

I know better. I know this world is full of sin, and it is evil that does these things, God is not to blame. But in all the years I have studied the bible, and loved the Lord, this one instance really got to me.

Since God controls and knows all things we do not understand why some things happen. A young kid that at the age of 14, suddenly, in one day goes from full of life to a wheelchair.

I chose to believe in God, but their is a lot that I don't understand. This is not because I am slow but just that the very nature of God is way over mine and Uncle Albert's head.

Yes to be honest. I think we all have our times when we blame God. But if you will ask him to forgive you he will. Some times you may ask God for something that he doesn't think is in your best interest, but he does answer prayers, just not always the way we want or when. Just like your patents do as you are growing up. God will guide you just listen.

Long before I even cared about God or entertained the idea that I would be a Christian I did it for everything that went wrong in my life.

Didn't get the job? God's fault
Girlfriend dump me? God's fault
Children starving? God's fault

Now? I wouldn't think of it.

Oh, yeah. Before I came to a personal knowledge of God and who He really is (not my imaginary creation) I blamed Him for just about everything, everywhere.

I don't know why He didn't just smack me over the head.

His grace is truly amazing.

No I haven't really blamed Him that remember, but I have questioned His judgment. Like why me, type of thing?
I've also been known to ask, why such and such a thing happend. "Could you share Your reason with me?"
I think we all do at some point or other. Even those who don't admit it.

I did, when I was confused about my religion (raised Christian).
Then, I turned from religion and now, I take responsiblity for my own actions. And, God is still with me.

No because most of the unfortunate things that have happened have been done by humanity. Oh wait yes I have like he shouldn't have put that stupid apple tree in the garden.
